Request and vote for product ideas

Ideas lets signed-in companies request improvements, vote once per company on published ideas, and follow their status. Raw submissions stay private to your company and Zelun operations. Shared ideas show Zelun's own bilingual title and summary, never another company's submission.

Sign in to a company. Decide on one clear need and avoid including client personal information.

Open Ideas to browse and vote, or submit from Ideas, Support, the support launcher, the cancellation flow, or a declined assistant answer. You can edit the text before sending. Published ideas may be received, planned, building, shipped or declined with a reason. Requesters and voters are notified when an idea becomes planned or shipped.

Clients and signed-out visitors cannot see the ideas board or your submissions.

• Including client names or case details in a product request.
• Expecting two staff members from one company to create two votes; voting is once per company.
• Expecting an unpublished submission to appear immediately on the shared board.
