What happens when your Zelun trial ends

What it is

The full 15-day trial starts after subscription setup is confirmed. Zelun warns the owner before it ends and shows the value produced during the trial. If no subscription is active at the end, company changes become view-only. New public bookings continue for seven more days and then pause. Saved work and existing appointments remain.

Before you start

Open My business → Plan and review the trial end and booking-pause dates shown there.

Steps

Choose a plan and complete subscription setup before the booking-pause date. Once the billing provider confirms the subscription, editing and public booking return immediately. You can still read and export company data while the trial-ended state is active.

What your clients see

Existing appointments remain in place. During the seven-day countdown clients can still make new public bookings; after it ends, the booking page stops accepting new appointments until you subscribe.

Common mistakes

  • Assuming the end of the trial deletes saved work.
  • Confusing an ended trial with a paid plan that later lapsed; the screens and dates are different.
  • Waiting for the browser return alone. Activation follows the billing provider's confirmed result.
