Come back to Zelun after cancelling with your data intact
What it is
If you cancelled your paid plan, Zelun may send you a few emails so you know when coming back is worth it. Each email carries a return link: you sign in, pay, and your company is active again with its clients, appointments and settings exactly as they were. The scheduled deletion of your data is cleared and you receive no more emails of this kind.
The emails go to the owner's email address, in the company's language (English if there is none). They are:
- At 30 days after your access ended: your final value, with a link to return.
- At 90 days: your final value again and a reminder that your data is still ready.
- When an idea ships that you submitted or voted for after cancelling: the email names the idea and includes the link to return.
- When a lower-priced plan now fits you, because it was published or because it now suits the number of bookable people you had: the email names the plan and its price.
Each kind is sent only once and, for each cancellation, you receive at most four in total. They do not appear in the notification center.
Before you start
- This applies to companies whose paid plan ended through cancellation, either inside Zelun or from the payment provider's portal. It is not sent to companies that are paused, already reactivated or deleted.
- To return you need to be able to sign in as the owner.
Steps
Return to Zelun
- Open the email and press the Return link.
- Sign in if Zelun asks you to. You will see Preparing your return, with the message that you are being taken to secure checkout and that your data remains intact.
- Complete the payment. The link uses the last plan you had, or the plan the email names when it is the lower-priced plan notice.
- Once you pay, your company is active again with all of its data.
Stop receiving these emails
- In any of the emails, press Unsubscribe.
- With one click, Zelun stops sending return emails to that company.
What your clients see
Nothing changes for your clients because of these emails: they do not receive them. When your company is reactivated, their data and your appointments are still there, as you left them.
Common mistakes
- Thinking that returning loses your information. When you return, your company is reactivated with its data intact and the scheduled deletion is cleared.
- Using a very old link. Return links stop working 12 months after your access ended; if yours no longer opens, start a payment from your account if you still can.
- Trying to change plan in the link. The link leads to your last plan or the one the email names; if you need a different one, change it afterwards in My business → Plan.
- Expecting these emails after pausing or reactivating. Paused or reactivated companies do not receive them.
