Get the updates on your appointments, payments and orders in the app

With your business's app installed and notifications on, the updates about your appointments reach your phone at no cost: the reminder for your appointment, the confirmation and changes, payment links and receipts, a quote ready to sign, a change to your order or new progress photos, a document shared with you and a spot that opened on the waitlist. The notes of your appointment are never sent as a notification.

When the reminder reaches your app, it no longer comes by WhatsApp. If your phone does not receive it within 15 minutes, it reaches you as usual by WhatsApp, SMS or email. The confirmation, changes made by the business and payment links reach you on your usual channel and also in the app.

1. Install your business's app and sign in with your phone.
2. Allow notifications when the app asks. Before the phone's prompt it explains what they are for, and you can choose Not now.
3. If you already refused them, allow them again in the phone's settings.

Choose what reaches you

1. Tap your initial, at the top right, to open Your account.
2. Open Notifications and turn off what you do not want: Reminders, Confirmations and changes, Payments, Quotes, Orders, Documents or Waitlist.
3. What you turn off reaches you as usual by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

See a notice again

1. In Notifications, open History. You will see what the business sent you in the last 90 days, newest first.
2. Tap a notice to open what it told you about.

Tapping a notice opens the app where it belongs: your appointments, your documents or the waitlist offer. If your business is a clinic or uses private mode, the lock screen does not show the reason for the appointment, who sees you or amounts; you see them when you open the app.

• They do not reach me. Check that notifications are allowed on the phone and that the category is on in Notifications.
• I got the reminder by WhatsApp and in the app. That happens if your business asked for reminders always by WhatsApp.
• I signed out and they still arrive. Signing out stops them on that phone; if you use another phone, sign out there too.
